Overview of the Programme for Young Professionals Programs
The Young Professionals Program offers a year-long opportunity for young individuals to delve into green and climate finance initiatives. Starting in September 2024, participants will spend six months each with two prestigious Rwandan institutions. This rotational structure ensures that participants gain diverse experiences and skills while making significant contributions to environmental projects.
During your time at these institutions, you will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the program and provide coaching to help you excel in your role.
In addition to your work with the institutions, you will participate in various training sessions, workshops, and online courses on green and climate finance. You will also acquire practical skills, such as using IT technologies for daily tasks. Upon completing the 12-month program, you will undergo an evaluation; a positive assessment will earn you a certification.
