Marriott International has introduced Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy, a comprehensive online travel booking program tailored for small to medium-sized businesses and enterprises (SMEs).
This program combines an enhanced booking experience with exclusive benefits and rewards available only through Marriott Bonvoy’s award-winning travel program and extensive brand portfolio.
Currently, Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy is accessible to SMEs in the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, with plans to expand to other regions.
A recent survey of SMEs in North America revealed that 75% reported frustrations with their current travel booking platforms. Of these, 56% found them difficult to use, 27% were unhappy with the inability to book travel and hotels from the same platform, and more than a quarter (27%) were disappointed with the lack of integration with their travel expense programs.
Business Access by Marriott Bonvoy allows companies to book hotels in the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio at discounted rates, as well as flights, rail, and rental cars, all within a single, easy-to-use multilingual tool. The program also includes features designed to meet business needs, such as access to live traveler data, real-time reporting, and expense management.
